Senior Operations Manager – Northwest England – £65,000 + Great PackageWe are recruiting for a Senior Operations Manager overseeing a large team and a portfolio of education contracts within a growing Contract Caterer.This is a pivotal role for the business and requires a senior operator who has extensive experience within state education Contract Catering.About the role –

• Overseeing an established team of Operations Managers and a portfolio of education contracts
• Contract mobilisations, retention and development are a key part of this role
• Mentoring, onboarding, and training your senior team
• You will be involved in the tender process as the company grows
• Building and developing client relationships

Ideal Senior Operations Manager –

• Contract Catering experience at a senior level is a must, ideally within state education
• Excellent communication skills
• A ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine love for catering
• Your passion will be service and standards
• Financially astute
• You will be an outstanding leader, motivator and have a degree of gravitas
• A deep understanding of delivering for demanding clients
