Job Description:Join our DP World Team in Europe as Regional Proposal Manager (f/m/d) and play a key role in executing the proposal strategy with internal teams. This position impacts the ability to secure new business opportunity and maintains our existing customer relationships by managing the entire lifecycle of a proposal from conception to submission. This position is recruited remotely within the EU.How you will contribute

• You will evaluate RFIs, RFPs, RFQs to determine what requirements need to be met and exceeded to submit proposals to the customers
• You will ensure that high quality, competitive proposals (mainly for Global Key Accounts) are delivered timely and accurate in collaboration with the leading Tender Manager and/or Bid Owner
• You will ensure and support that compliant and professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes are delivered (not pricing)
• You will communicate with other functional groups such as but not limited to Marketing, IT, Product and other SMEs regarding specific proposal content
• You will ensure compliance with Proposal Management processes and guidelines
• You will support the implementation and roll-out of the proposal management software
• You will maintain and update a Content Management System for Tender Management

What you will bring

• You successfully finished your studies on a higher educational level (ideally a degree in business administration, economics, logistics)
• You speak and write English fluently, additional languages are a plus
• You already gained a minimum 3 years of working experience, and ideally a minimum of 1 year in the industry
• You have strong communication and writing skills
• You have Excellent know-how of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• You have functional and operational know-how in global forwarding
• You have a deep market knowledge (customers, freight services)
• You bring basic knowledge in finance & good business practice
• Ideally you have experience in the field of Supply Chain & Logistics
