Pay Band:H- $3.300.00 COP

Location:Bogota.

Role Purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to provide extensive support to the Resourcing area, mainly in administrative and logistical tasks but also making sure the high level of service for our stakeholders is maintained and best candidates are attracted. This role will support a global transformation process led by a team in the UK, focusing on specific departments.

Main opportunities and challenges for this role

The post holder will have the opportunity to work with different countries which provides an important source of learning and development.Administrative and logistical tasks are essential to the processes and paying attention to details can affect final results. The Regional Resourcing team must work very closely together in order to be able to provide a consistent service and add value to the organisation.

This position will allow the appointed person to understand and use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) based on Success Factors, having a complete overview of recruitment processes and building relationships with stakeholders and local HR of the countries where roles are based.

Main accountabilities but not limited to the following

  • Work closely with the UK team as part of this major project.
  • Provide guidance, to stakeholders to create positions and/or raise recruitment requisitions.
  • Support longlisting stage after advertisement has closed and report to Hiring Manager.
  • Send invitations to candidates through the system and prepare agenda to be sent to the interview panel.
  • Inform all candidates of their progress based on the existing templates.
  • Constantly update the recruitment matrix and making sure information for all posts is complete.
  • Support the process for promotion of posts in social media and internally.
  • Prepare offer letters and request the necessary approvals before sending to appointed candidates.
  • Send feedback requests to Hiring Managers and follow up on its completion.
  • Close recruitment processes following the last steps with local HR and the candidate.

Requirements of the role

  • At least 6 months experience in supporting recruitment/selection or human resources areas.
  • Experience
    • providing customer service to internal stakeholders.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
    • handling various and simultaneous administrative tasks.
  • Technical, technological or professional studies in human resources, administration or similar.
  • English at Proficiency Level B2.
  • C1 level of Spanish. Not native speakers of Spanish should pass a test.
