The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, enhancing market share, and ensuring outstanding performance across their assigned region.Regional Sales Manager Role:As a Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee multiple branches, providing strategic leadership to sales teams to ensure they exceed targets. You will play a key role in business growth by implementing high-impact sales strategies, coaching teams, and maintaining the highest customer service standards.Regional Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate branch sales teams to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive profitability and business growth.
- Monitor sales performance, analysing key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with branch managers to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Ensure all branches operate in compliance with property legislation and company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing estate agency professionals.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key industry partners.
