We’re assisting them in recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Business Development Representatives in field sales, with employment commencing on January 20th. With an OTE of £100,000, this role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in sales leadership.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Development Representatives, helping them achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Strategize and drive business development activities across the territory, ensuring your team successfully prospects and develops new business.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings to assess progress and provide support.
• Engage in face-to-face client meetings daily with your team to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions.
• Support your team in negotiations and closing new business contracts.
• Act as a role model and leader, fostering a high-performance culture within your team.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven success in a field sales management role.
• Strong relationship management skills, able to have difficult conversations within your team.
• A results-driven attitude, with experience in helping sales teams meet and exceed targets.
• Experience in developing underperforming teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming objections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM software, such as Salesforce.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
