Are you looking for a new opportunity working for the leading estate agent in the UK?

My client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to run their New Homes sales team across South London.

What you will be doing:

• Reporting into the Sales Director of New Homes
• You will be responsible for running the region and the team. As well as the local offices that sit in the patch
• Helping the team reach their financial target for the year
• You will be working with most well known developers in London including the likes of Berkeley, Ballymore and London Square plus many more
• They have around 30 developments to sell
• Notable schemes include Embassy Gardens, Damac Tower, Springfield Place, Prince of Wales Drive, Oval Village London Square Croydon and London Square Nine Elms

My client is looking for someone who has experience running a team within New Homes. This person could be someone who is currently working for an agent and looking to make a change or someone who is working for a developer and wants the ability to sell across a number of developments.
