Regional Service Operations Manager – North (Sheffield / Stoke)Can you bring your leadership skills to our Operations department? Join our team and enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.What would you do as our Regional Service Operations ManagerAs our Regional Service Operations Manager you will report and collaborate closely with the Head of Service to oversee, guide and drive both the Service Engineer community and our internal Service colleagues in order to achieve our targeted growth objectives whilst offering best in class technical and customer service. As part of this role you will travel regularly to our Sheffield & Stoke on Trent offices as well as nationwide travel to help service our customers and provide support for our Service Engineers.You would also:

  • The Service Operations Manager leads the Service Engineer team to achieve growth objectives while delivering high-quality technical and customer service.
  • They provide management, direction, and support for the Service community, ensuring engineers are equipped and competent in their roles.
  • Collaboration with the QHSE Manager ensures a strong focus on health and safety messages for engineers.
  • Acting as a point of escalation for the call center, the Manager resolves issues with out-of-hours callouts as needed.
  • Performance management strategies are implemented to address underperformance among Service Engineer resources, while also working with the Head of Service to meet monthly service invoicing forecasts and reduce quality costs in line with group objectives.
