My client can provide solutions when you want them, where you want them, from design phase to completion.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Building Inspector to support our consultancy on a contract basis. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with building regulations, conducting inspections, and providing expert advice on regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation.
• Assess construction work at various stages, identifying and reporting non-compliance.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and issue inspection reports.
• Collaborate with other consultants, developers, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

• Registered Building Inspector under the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) framework.
• Proven experience in building control, regulations, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Approved Documents, Building Safety Act 2022, and related standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel to sites as required.

Expected salary

£30 – 55 per hour
