Join Our Growing Team in Warrington as a Registered Children’s Home Manager!Location: Warrington, WA2
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead our 3-bed EBD service in Warrington. Become part of a loyal, expanding team focused on creating safe, nurturing, and homely environments where children can thrive!Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the children’s home, ensuring adherence to the Statement of Purpose.

• Provide effective leadership and guidance to your staff team, delivering child-centred care.

• Match people to the home thoughtfully to foster a harmonious living environment.

• Create and review care plans, risk assessments, and policies in line with regulations.

• Facilitate staff training and conduct regular supervisions to nurture professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Children’s Home or similar field within the last 5 years.

• Level 4 Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and working towards Level 5 Leadership and Management.

• At least 1 year of experience managing and supervising care staff.

• Strong knowledge of childcare legislation and safeguarding practises.

• Valid UK Driving Licence – ideal
