Are you an experienced RMN looking for a permanent position within West Sussex?We’re working with an outstanding Private Hospital to recruit a registered mental health nurse to work full time.The role of the Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Staff Nurse is to work as an effective member of the Multi-Disciplinary team. Promote the best interests of the clients and carers and ensure that prescribed nursing care is effectively implemented. Responsible for maintaining a safe care environment. Exercise professional accountability and responsibility using professional skills, knowledge and expertise in changing environments and work within the scope of professional practice.Successful candidates will need:

• Full NMC registration
• Enhanced DBS
• Mental Health Nursing degree
• Knowledge of the Mental Health act
• Patient centric & commitment to delivering high quality care
• Effective communication skills
• Flexibility and a strong “can do” attitude.
