About the Role
We are seeking Registered Division 1 Nurses to ensure professional and effective delivery of clinical care to our residents. You will join our dedicated clinical team working in collaboration with care staff and report to the Clinical/Facility Manager.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Registered Division 1 Nurse with a current National Practicing Registration.
- Experience working in a residential aged care setting.
- Excellent problem solving, assessment and care planning skills.
- The ability to work independently, as part of a team and is self-motivated.
- The ability to utilise computerised documentation systems and records.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills for complex issues, clinical assessment, and care planning.
You will be someone who can:
- Demonstrate prior experience in aged care.
- Provide exemplary care to our residents.
- Provide appropriate and timely documentation that meets regulatory requirements.
- Undertake assessments and implement best practice interventions that bring about positive outcomes for residents, their families, and staff.
