Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse with Uniting
- Location: Uniting Mingaletta, Port Macquarie
- Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time and Full-time positions, morn, afternoon or night with flexible scheduling
- Salary: Up to $51.15 per hour + penalties, depending on experience

About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse with Uniting, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to delivering exceptional care to our residents. Our innovative Uniting Household Model empowers you to provide personalised care that enhances residents’ sense of purpose and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading clinical services and developing individualised care plans
- Collaborating with medical professionals, allied health teams, and families to advocate for residents’ quality of life
- Supervising and supporting Personal Care Workers to ensure high standards of care
You will work within a supportive community-focused environment, enjoy continuous professional development to enhance your clinical practice and see clear development pathways to advance your career, including into leadership roles.

Who We’re Looking For:
We seek individuals who are:
- Experienced in aged or community care, or transitioning from a broader healthcare background
- Compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated to contemporary aged-care nursing practice
- Holders of a nursing degree with current AHPRA registration
