NCRM is seeking full-time Registered Professional Foresters (RPF) to join our experienced and growing team of natural resource professionals for work located in the following counties:

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an independent, motivated forestry professional looking to contribute to a variety of projects while advancing their career within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Utility permitting, oversite, and project management
• Manage forestry and natural resource projects from planning through completion
• Prepare and administer Timber Harvest Plans (THPs)
• Conduct resource assessments and field evaluations
• Provide professional forestry guidance and recommendations to clients
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members
• Prepare technical reports and regulatory documentation

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Professional Forester (RPF) license
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong technical writing, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience preparing forestry-related reports and plans
• Valid California driver’s license required
• ATV operation experience preferred
