Regulatory Correspondent

CTFN, an investor-oriented news service, is looking for a highly motivated journalist with experience covering antitrust, particularly merger enforcement. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing about antitrust issues facing deals that involve public companies, major policy and institutional shifts at the European Commission and the UK Competition and Markets Authority, and occasionally coverage of foreign investment screening. The successful candidate will work closely with CTFN’s team of reporters, editors and analysts to develop impactful news and insights.

 

The successful candidate will be expected to establish and maintain relationships with key sources and contacts associated with the Brussels and London antitrust and deal advisory communities, as well as the relevant enforcement agencies. The successful candidate could be based in Brussels or London, and the role will require some travel.
