§ For the site visit arrangement, please use messaging feature in the Quantum system.
§ Bidders interested in attending the site visit must send the following information through Quantum portal not later than one day before the site visit: Participant’s Name, Nationality, ID/Passport No., Company Name. The email subject must be “Site Visit- ITB UNDP-YEM-00265-2024”.
§ The site visit is aimed to provide the bidders the opportunity to have a better understanding of the requirement/ Scope of work before sending the formal bid to UNDP. Bidders can raise any technical question during the site visit.
§ Bidders are advised to attend the site visit (at their own cost and responsibility). Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held as per the above schedule containing date, time and location.
§ Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

If you are interested in submitting a bid in response to this ITB, please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this ITB and submit it by the deadline for submission of bids set out in this document and in the supplier portal.
