Relief Bank Mental Health Recovery Worker – Focus

ABOUT THE ROLEIn this position, you will empower and motivate our residents and participants to achieve their personal goals and gain greater independence, which will support them in reintegrating into the community. You will provide tailored support to the individuals needs through a recovery model. In the role, you will provide a flexible service which is responsive to individual needs, and to meet the needs of our commissioners and other stakeholders.Flexible Contract – Zero hoursShifts: Monday to Sunday including evenings and bank holiday working and a variety of early, mid and late shifts.ABOUT THE SERVICEFocus Project is a recovery and wellbeing service for men, aged 18-65, with a diagnosis of severe and enduring mental ill health with forensic background and additional complex needs including substance misuse, and other physical health issues. Focus serves as a pathway to SLaM patients who are ready for discharge into the community. We work in an integrated manner with the Lambeth Community Forensic Team to support clients through their journey to recovery. The service provides wrap around service to clients for up to 2 years or more, assisting their move on to lower-supported or independent housing.Focus Project is based in Lambeth across six sites. We offer high, medium and low supported accommodation to clients.ABOUT USThe Social Interest Group (SIG) believes that good care and support make for better lives.
