Introduction

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has embarked on a significant project that involves the REMODELING OF MAKERSPACE INNOVATION CENTER AT PLATEAU STATE POLYTECHNIC, BARKIN LADI, PLATEAU STATE . The scope covers all construction-related activities required to deliver the facilities as per approved architectural and structural designs, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards as outlined in the drawings and Bill of Quantities (BoQ).


Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. Bidders shall notify the UNDP focal person a day in advance as to whether or not they intend to participate in the site inspection.

All interested potential bidders are required to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior to submitting their formal bid through the QUANTUM system to UNDP. Bidders who will not have conducted the site visit, their bids will be excluded from further evaluation process as non-compliant.
