As a Regional Support Coordinator to support our clients to build their own capacity and achieve their goals. No two days are the same… so you’ll have plenty of learning and variation. You may be eligible to undertake this role as a Traineeship and get paid while you earn a nationally recognised qualification: CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support. 

About you…

You will have a passion for working with people with disability and the ability to relate to people from all walks of life. You genuinely care about the work you do and want to join a values-based organisation. You will be committed to supporting client choice to assist them to achieve their personal and aspiration goals. We welcome candidates with transferrable skills from working in customer service or similar apply. 

Initially this role will be 15 hours per week with the opportunity to increase hours. Given the regional and remote role, you will be happy to work from home as well as participate in training and supervision remotely. 

You will also be able to clearly articulate and demonstrate:

  • Ability to work remotely & autonomously
  • Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients
  • Driven, energetic & committed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible and reliable (essential)
  • Current driver’s licence (essential)
  • Working with Children check and current police check (essential or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screen (or ability to obtain one is essential!)
  • COVID-19 Vaccination certificate (including the booster)
