Introduction

KOHRW implements a comprehensive protection program for refugees in partnership with UNHCR through the Community Service Center (CSC) in Kirkuk. The CSC serves as a dedicated space to provide critical protection services, including legal aid, case management, psychosocial support, and awareness sessions to refugees. This program aims to address the needs of refugees ensuring a safe and supportive environment while promoting social cohesion and protection for the most vulnerable populations.

The CSC’s goals include:

1. Providing structured case management for survivors of violence and children at risk.
2. Ensuring access to legal aid and rights-based protection services.
3. Promoting awareness on available services and rights through community engagement.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide transportation for staff, and project materials.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper functioning through regular maintenance.
• Follow project schedules and ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols during travel.
• Keep accurate logs of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle repairs.
• Respond to any emergencies or incidents during transport promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the CSC.
• Ensure sanitation facilities are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure proper waste management.
• Conduct routine cleaning of office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
