Humentum is a global nonprofit organization that strengthens humanitarian and development organizations and advocates for data-driven policies and standards to benefit the entire sector. We work directly with organizations by building community through our online networking platform and events; advancing individual and organizational capability through online training and content; and providing solutions to organization-wide problems through our consultancy service.
About the opportunity
With generous support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), CHS Alliance, in partnership with Humentum, is strengthening the global capacity to respond to sexual abuse, exploitation and harassment (SEAH) in the humanitarian and development sector. Our goal is to equip new investigators with the critical skills and knowledge to undertake survivor-centered investigations by using a standardized, high-quality approach to investigating allegations of SEAH. We are seeking to grow our pool of Spanish speaking trainers for the delivery of the online IQTS Tier 3 training and invite applications from candidates who:
- Can demonstrate relevant proven experience in SEAH (Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment) investigations within the sector.
- Have previous experience in training and mentoring sector staff on SEAH-related subjects, including investigations.
- Successfully passed the Tier 2 IQTS exam with a score exceeding 90%. Candidates who have not yet passed the exam will still be considered, but they must successfully complete the exam before commencing training and we can support applicants with the opportunity to take the T2 exam in Spanish.(Candidates who have been involved in the development or review of IQTS exam questions are exempt from this requirement.)
- Prior experience with our learning platform (Stream) and webinar platform (Zoom) is advantageous
Fluency in Spanish is required for delivering work.
