NorCross is seeking for consultancy services (home based) to draft a high-quality funding application package for its upcoming Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA) with the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).
The primary objective of this consultancy is to create a compelling funding application that effectively communicates our organisation’s mission, programmes, impact, and funding needs to the Norwegian MFA and the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD). The Proposal Writing consultant works within the Partnerships and Resource Mobilization Unit (PRMU) and reports to the process manager/coordinator. The consultant will receive input to the different application sections from regional, country and thematic experts within the organisation. The consultant will draft the core application, ensuring coherence between project documents, including log frame(s), proposal narrative, budget and relevant annexures.
Bidders are expected to show evidence and experience in these kinds of assignments. In addition, the bidders are expected to submit their proposals in English.
