Introduction
The UNDP PNG Country Office seeks to establish a purchase order with competent suppliers for the procurement of cocoa nursery materials for the Global Environment Facility (GEF) 7 Project. The purpose is to supply and deliver items required for the establishment and maintenance of community cocoa nurseries across East and Central Nakanai Communities and LLG Nurseries in West New Britain Province. The procurement covers five distinct lots as detailed below.
A detailed description of items is contained in the attached Bill of Quantities (BoQ) in Excel format.
· Lot 1: Nursery Materials
· Lot 2: Tools & Equipment
· Lot 3: Construction Materials
· Lot 4: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
· Lot 5: Timber
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
