Research Administration Management Analyst 2

Department:

The Program Manager will coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities for behavioral and population-based research projects in the College of Public Health; collaborate with the study team on the design, development and implementation of projects; develop and design study materials, implementation procedures, and study metrics; coordinate and facilitate focus groups; develop data collection instruments; oversee the data collection process to obtain both quantitative and qualitative data; code study data and manage study databases; perform data cleaning and management in preparation for data analyses; oversee participant recruitment and the implementation of strategies to ensure recruitment; coordinate and track study communications; maintain quality control measures; assist with preparation of written summaries of research design, procedures, measures, and/or data analyses; oversee data and records management; serve as liaison with study team and advisory board; perform computer and library literature searches; prepare study reports and other documentation; organize and attend study meetings; order supplies and equipment; perform other tasks as needed for operation. This position will be in place through July 2028, with the potential for extension beyond this date if funding is available.

Additional Information:

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2 years of relevant experience.

Desired Qualification:

  • Master of Public Health degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • The position desires an energetic and detail-oriented individual with at least 1 year of experience in managing research projects in health behavior and health promotion, epidemiology, or a closely related field.

Pay Range: $53,800-$71,700 annually.

This position is grant funded for up to 5 years with possibility for renewal.
