Department of Biology

Position Summary:

• Coding for image analysis;

• Analysis of images obtained by group members;

• Assists with the generation of new analysis protocols;

• Assists with the interpretation of results;

• Maintains computer equipment.

Qualifications:

• Organized

• Reliable

• Detail oriented

• Flexible work schedule

• Must have a BSc in Biology and Math

• Experience coding in Python

• Experience with image analysis for fluorescence microscopy

• Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level 4 on a scale of 0-4.
