Queen’s Business School at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Research Assistant.
You will work as a research assistant in a department for an economy-funded research project investigating the gender employment gap in Northern Ireland and the UK.
The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate that you meet the following criteria:
- Undergraduate degree in Economics or cognate discipline by commencement of post.
- Experience of contributing to academic research projects.
- Experience of using statistical packages such as Stata.
- Experience of quantitative research methods.

This is a fixed term post available for 9 months. Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
