Jhpiego is hiring temporary 2 Research Assistants to participate in research , to test the acceptability of a new data collection tool to collect client satisfaction data in Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC)  services in  Lilongwe; Malawi .

• Conduct 5 Key Informant Interviews per week for 2 weeks (10 in total) using a structured interview
• Produce a high quality transcript in English for each interview within 1 week after the interview
• Obtain informed consent for each interviewee ahead of the interview

• Demonstrated 5 years adequate background and experience in similar assignment
• A degree in the field related to the study is preferred
• Proven work experience as a Research Assistant or similar role
• Excellent administrative skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
