Scholarly activities include survey development, administration, and data analysis; manuscript preparation; and scholarly presentations; and grant proposal preparation. Administrative activities include website development and maintenance; human subjects application preparation and submission; project documentation; project coordination; and report preparation. Human resource activities include payroll and budget support, coordinating meetings and scholarly activities with members of the research team across three institutions, and assisting with the training and supervision of graduate students and undergraduate research assistants. Opportunities for training, professional development, and conference attendance will be provided by the team as well as through the MSU Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (https://postdocs.msu.edu/).
