Dept: Bioresource Engineering
Position Summary: Coordinate, implement, and monitor the short- and long-term initiatives for the project Food Safety for Africa; Provide support to project team members in Ghana; Generate and draft narrative progress reports for stakeholders; Provide support for peer-reviewed journal publications and professional meeting presentations.
Qualifications: PhD in Food or Bioresource Engineering or closely related discipline; Demonstrable project management experience in a large research project with previous experience in African projects; Familiarity with Africa will be an asset.
