Work focuses on cytokines, with models ranging from tumor immunology, autoimmunity, allergy, to infectious diseases, with studies ranging from basic molecular mechanisms to human disease. The research work will integrate work with human cells and mouse models coupled to a range of immunological/biochemical/next generation sequencing approaches (e.g., RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, Hi-ChIP).
