Research Degree Student Services Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Research Degree Student Services Team (RDSS) based within Registry Services.

The RDSS Research Administrator role is a key role in providing doctorate student administration in all aspects of the student lifecycle from admission through to graduation.

This is a varied role which will require attention to detail, the ability to understand and carry out system processes, initiative to improve administration processes to bring efficiencies. You must demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload to help meet the Team and Directorate workload requirements. You will have experience working with staff of all levels and will be required to see staff and students where necessary. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build effective relationships.

You will also support the wider Directorate of Registry Services in achieving its vision by adhering to and upholding its aims and objectives through collaborative working, knowledge sharing and providing a high level of customer service to all stakeholders internal or external.
