Job Description

The successful candidates will contribute to research activities related to “Pitfalls in Project Management and Critical Success Factors – How to narrow the gap for delivering successful projects through professional project management”. The candidate shall work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-PI to conduct academic research and administrative work. Specific job activities may include:

• Conduct literature review on topics related to the project;
• Conduct interviews, questionnaire survey, focus group discussion and other forms of data collection;
• Use hybrid simulation methods to model construction projects;
• Conduct data analysis using statistical, AI, and quantitative methods;
• Write research papers, reports and proposals;
• And any other tasks required by the PI and Co-PI.

Job Requirements

• A Masters within the fields of construction management, or related field;
• GRE and TOEFL or equivalent that meet NUS requirements
• Good knowledge of Python, Anylogic, R, SPSS
• Willing to learn, independent, team player, professional, proactive, communicative, and responsible; and
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
