About this role

We are recruiting for a Research Fellow in Health Applications to conduct research in long term conditions, including identifying sources of future funding and contributing to the process of securing funds.  The post holder will also be expected to support knowledge mobilisation activities and develop impact relating to advances in knowledge.

About you

You will have a proven track record in research and skills commensurate with the successful completion of a PhD. You will be an authority in one or more areas of Health Applications which can be linked to long-term conditions.  Your application must demonstrate how you will enhance our current research strengths as relevant for this post.

Where is this role based?

This post is based at our Glenside Campus which is set within beautiful grounds in Stapleton, just three miles north east of Bristol City Centre.

Interviews are scheduled to take place at our Glenside Campus in mid-late February.

This is a fixed-term post for 4 years, and is full-time working on a 1.0 FTE contract.

This post is available on a job share basis for applicants wishing to work part time.

UWE Bristol is a campus-based University and it is vital to our success and the delivery of an outstanding experience for our students that our campuses are dynamic and vibrant places to learn and spend time. This role is therefore campus based for at least 40 percent of your time, with the opportunity to work from home on the remaining days

This post requires basic DBS clearance.
