Position Summary | The Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering is seeking an Instructor on the fixed term track to deliver lectures that cover the course objectives as stated on the course syllabus following the dates of the UNC/NCSU university calendar for the given semester. This position will assess student performance including exams, projects, and/or homework assignments as outlined on the course syllabus; Facilitate lectures by guest speakers and support clinical immersion activities. All other responsibilities associated with teaching the course including grading exams, papers and projects in a timely manner and providing help to students during scheduled office hours. |
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements | MS in Biomedical Engineering or related field or BS with significant industry experience |
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience | Expertise in the subject area of the course to be taught. |
