Research intern

EuroHealthNet is looking for a Research Intern to support its participation in two Horizon Europe projects:

• RESONATE aims to build the evidence-base of the links between nature, health and wellbeing, demonstrating nature’s capacity to build physical and mental resilience.
• FEAST aims to make it easy for every person in Europe to eat a delicious, healthier and more sustainable diet.

RESPONSIBILITIES

For RESONATE:

• Conducting a literature review on concerns, challenges, and opportunities to make greater use of nature-based therapy.
• Supporting the analysis of stakeholder workshops.

For FEAST:

• Supporting the data collection for the frame analysis.
• Monitoring EU food policy developments.
• Stakeholder mapping.

Other tasks may include:

• Organise and participate in events.
• Drafting reports and policy briefs.
• Monitoring policymaking.

PROFILE

• You are completing/have recently completed a Masters’ degree in a relevant field. Candidates educated to Bachelor level may also apply.
• Previous experience with literature reviews.
• Previous experience related to European policy or research projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good organisational skills.
• Very good interpersonal skills and teamwork.

 

PRACTICALITIES

This is a four-month internship of 38 hours per week, ideally starting on 1 September 2024.

The successful candidate will receive a compensation of up to €1000/month.

The post will combine in-office and remote work.
