Nn the role of Research Program Assistant you will be working in the Center for Advancing Population Science.
Purpose
Function as a Program Assistant in the Center for Advancing Population Science (CAPS). Broad job duties under direct supervision of the Primary Investigator include recruitment, retention, data entry and collection.
Primary Functions
45%- Recruitment and Retention
45%- Data Collection for Research Studies
10%- Support CAPS program research efforts.
Knowledge – Skills – Abilities
Knowledge of computer systems (excel, Microsoft Teams, etc.), clerical procedures, customer service standards, and information management. Skilled at time management, working on a team, adaptability, and prioritization.
Preferred Schedule:
M-F 8:30 – 5:00 pm
Position Requirements:
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis
Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma
Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year
Preferred Education: Bachelors
