About the Role
This newly created co-ordination role supports the Heart Foundation’s Strategic Research Funding Portfolio, with a key emphasis on facilitating the realisation of Catalyst Partnerships Grants. The role will involve project coordination, engaging stakeholders and communicating effectively to ensure the successful delivery of this significant initiative.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the process from application, submission and review, through to shortlisting and awarding of the grants and post-award processes
- Engaging with Catalyst Partnership Grants finalists and the delivery partner to support the Catalyst Showcase pitch presentations
- Collaborating with internal teams to support the delivery of the Catalyst Partnership Grants process and facilitate long-term collaboration and investment with a longterm view
- Become proficient in the utilisation of the Heart Foundation’s Grants Management Portal to support the grants process
About you
You bring exceptional project management and communication skills, you naturally excel in collaborating effectively with stakeholders and through similar experience can demonstrate the successful delivery of innovative programs.
While grants management experience is a plus, your enthusiasm and capacity to adapt and excel in diverse settings are what truly matter.
