Offer Description
We offer a researcher position in the research group Impact, risk and prevention of mental disorders within the European Project INTEGRATE (Concept development for a research infrastructure to manage, INTEGRATE and sustain Large Medical Cohort studies).
INTEGRATE aims to apply innovative methods through a cutting-edge, integrated and sustainable research infrastructure at the European level to manage, integrate and sustain large medical cohort studies.
The researcher will be mainly involved in the Workpackage 3- Large Medical Cohorts. Specifically, hey/she will be involved in gap analyzes in relation to European medical cohorts and the identification of unmet medical needs and opportunities for improvement in medical care. In addition, he/she will be involved in other tasks specific to the project, including participation in meetings with other international teams.
The researcher will have the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary research group where they can develop a fruitful scientific career and at the same time work with an international perspective.
A 1-year contract is offered, with the possibility of extension (4 years in total). The recruitment will be financed with project resources.
Funcions principals / Funciones principales
-Coordinate and carry out the tasks of a workpackage (WP3)
– Mapping of national and international infrastructures for medical cohorts
-Conducting a gap and opportunities analyses on medical cohorts in Europe.
– Attendance at project coordination meetings.
-Writing reports on results.
Necessary requirements: training, experience and skills
– Higher qualification (Bachelor’s Degree, University Master’s Degree in the field of Health; regardless of Psychology, Medicine, Public Health or related fields)
– High level of written and spoken English.
– Master’s degree with training in research or proven prior experience in research.
– Statistical knowledge and experience in statistical programs (SPSS, STATA, SAS, R, etc.)
– Ability to work in a team and independently.
– Rigor in carrying out scientific tasks.
– Motivation, curiosity and great interest in research.
– Having a doctorate will be valued.
