Job Summary | The main goal of Office of Residence Life is to provide a comprehensive living and learning program on campus that supports the academic mission of the University. The Resident Director takes primary responsibility for achieving this goal in an individual residence hall through supervising staff, assisting students, creating an educational environment in the hall, and communicating with partners across campus. Major responsibilities include:

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Experience in higher education or working in a residential setting. Evidence of administrative skills. Good interpersonal skills and judgment. Independence and professionalism. |

Preferred Education/Experience | Master’s degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration or a related field. At least one year living and working in a residence hall setting. |
