Exciting opportunity to join a growing Build to Rent development as a Resident Services Associate.Residential Living Recruitment are seeking experienced customer facing candidates who have worked within Residential, Hospitality, Build to Rent or Student Accommodation. You will need to have strong communication and administration skills.Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum + BonusJob type: PermanentHours: 7am to 7pmShift pattern: 4 days on 4 days offLocation: LondonThis role involves working front of house and will include a lot of resident interaction to enhance resident experience. You will be managing and ensure there is a smooth running of the buildings. You will be providing excellent customer service supporting residents from move-in to move-out.Duties and responsibilities

• Front desk Customer Service
• Tour potential customers around the buildings
• Support the pre-move-in administration processes to drive new business conversion
• Assist in events when needed
• Negotiate appropriately and close potential customers to live within the apartments
• Carry out daily inspections of development for health and safety
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents
• Network and regularly interact with customers to build customer relations
• Work closely with other teams within the business to achieve targets

Experience

• Worked within Residential, Hospitality, Build to Rent or Student Accommodation
• Confident to use Microsoft Applications
• Strong communication and administration skills
• Experienced working within customer facing roles
