About the Role
We’re on the lookout for skilled and professional domestic cleaning teams (individuals or teams of two) to join our team!
We seek exceptional cleaners who take pride in their work, possess a keen eye for detail, and excel in organization and time management. Our compensation is outstanding – Earn between $20//hr + Tips + Bonuses as an independent contractor. We uphold core values of Supportive, Trustworthy, Above and Beyond, and Reliable. When you partner with Brilliant Cleaning Services, you’ll have the flexibility to set your availability using our mobile app. Clock in and out right from your phone, allowing us to assign jobs based on your schedule. As you consistently deliver exceptional service, recurring customers will request you, enabling you to work with familiar faces.

Brilliant Cleaning Services does not supply equipment or insurance; however, we handle all aspects of advertising, scheduling, estimates, customer service, and billing, allowing you to focus solely on your work. This contractor role requires independent work.
Already have your clientele? No problem! We’ll assist you in expanding your client base and provide as much work as desired.

Have a partner you currently work with? Excellent! We’ll ensure you’re scheduled together for jobs.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience
– Must possess your own cleaning supplies and equipment
– Smartphone with internet access for scheduling and communication
– Legally authorized to work in Canada
– Reliable transportation
– Fluency in English; French proficiency is advantageous
