Each year, the Occidental Arts & Ecology Center hires a cohort of enthusiastic interns to live and learn at its 80-acre research, demonstration, education, advocacy and community-organizing center in West Sonoma County, California. Interns focus in one of three departments (Program Administration, Garden, and Facilities) and have an opportunity to learn the day-to-day running of a thriving, land-based non-profit and intentional community, now celebrating its 30th Anniversary.
