Their thriving residential conveyancing department is expanding and seeks an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their team in either Haslemere or Petersfield. Key Responsibilities: – Manage a diverse caseload within a busy residential property department. – Provide comprehensive property advice to a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals. – Work independently while contributing to and benefiting from a strong property team. – Build and maintain professional contacts to promote and develop property work. Role Requirements: – A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing. – Proven track record of handling a busy and varied caseload effectively. – Strong client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. – Excellent communication and organisational skills. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
