My client, near Saltash, are seeking a Sales & Revenue Manager to join their Sales Team at this stunning Hotel & Golf Resort! You will be essential in propelling the resort’s revenue growth by developing and executing strategies to attract and retain guests and clients.Your responsibilities will include identifying sales opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts that meet the resort’s financial objectives. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry to ensure the resort’s offerings are appealing and competitive.As the Resort Sales & Revenue Manager, you will report directly to the Resort Director and collaborate closely with them to identify key growth areas across all segments by driving sales activities for the resort. These segments include Accommodation Markets / Conference & Banqueting / Corporate GolfYou will maintain key working relationships with the following teams: Marketing Manager / Golf Manager / Food & Beverage Team / Conference & Banqueting / Accommodation Teams This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday with an annual salary up to £44,000 plus company benefits and bonus scheme. Confident and comfortable in going into the marketplace (local to 1.5 hours radius) in arranging client meetings, nurturing existing clients, entertaining clients, networking Accommodation
to understand the marketplace in which we are situated to identify opportunities to grow corporate and leisure markets alongside golf and events markets Events
to understand the marketplace in which we are situated to identify new opportunities to drive in Meeting & Event business into function spacesRevenue Accommodation
to be able to balance maximising rate and occupancy and understanding when one needs to supersede the other to gain the best all-round revenue. To actively ensure optimising packages and daily inventory in the marketplace. Events
