The position
The OECD is recruiting Resource Management Officers (RMOs) with a specialisation in finance and/or human resources to constitute a pool of candidates for recurring needs across the Organisation. The selected candidates will contribute to and support the resource management and administration functions in Units across the Organisation.
The RMOs will contribute to providing strategic guidance and advice on financial and HR management to their respective Directorate, in accordance with corporate rules, regulations and guidelines. They will also conduct day-to-day operational financial and HR management tasks as part of a dynamic team under the supervision of the Head of Unit and will liaise with the Organisation’s corporate services.

Contract duration:
Thirteen-months fixed term appointment, with the possibility of renewal.
Please note that the appointment may be made at one grade lower in the specified job family, based on the qualifications and professional experience of the selected applicant.
Selection Process
For retained candidates, written tests/video-recorded interviews are foreseen in May 2024 and panel interviews are planned for early June 2024.
