The FHN is seeking a part-time Resource Mobilisation Lead (4 days a week). Is that you? We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a vibrant, global, feminist community, and is excited by the prospect of feminist fundraising.

The FHN’s Resource Mobilisation Lead will be someone who understands the importance of working collectively, and has well developed skills to work alongside others in ways that defy dominant patriarchal, colonial, and capitalist norms. Our Resource Mobilisation Lead will bring bold approaches to their work with FHN members and the Secretariat team, including a deep understanding of the political nature of fundraising, and feminist work and approaches. Our Resource Mobilisation Lead will have significant experience working with ‘programs’ team members to produce strong, successful funding proposals, including, importantly, coordinating proposal development teams, and achieving grants from donor governments.

If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you! If you have questions about the role, please contact FHN Co-Lead, Holly Miller, on holly.miller@feministhumanitariannetwork.org

The FHN is committed to ensuring diversity amongst its staff and membership, and will prioritise those with lived experience of marginalisation in a patriarchal, capitalist and colonial world order. The role is remote. Applicants must have the right to work in their location. Employing the successful applicant will depend on the FHN being able to contract the successful applicant in their location – if you wish to confirm that you can be contracted in your location before applying, please contact Holly Miller at the email address above to confirm.

The contract and remuneration for this role will be on national terms and conditions, and in national currency. The total compensation is equivalent of 42,273 to 51,334GBP per year.
