This role opens up due to internal promotions, presenting a fantastic opportunity for a leader with a strong background in quality à la carte restaurants with a passion for high level of service.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, inspire, and manage the restaurant team, maintaining high service standards.
• Work closely with the Assistant General Manager (AGM) and General Manager (GM) to implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Maintain responsibility for the overall ambiance, ensuring the restaurant’s award-winning interior design is complemented by the service.
• Uphold the restaurant’s reputation for merging traditional flavors with modern techniques, delivering an unforgettable dining experience.

Qualifications and Background:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in high-end, à la carte dining establishments.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to management.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding a team towards achieving excellence in service.
• Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in every aspect of the restaurant’s operation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
