Our client, a global Law Firm, is seeking a Restructuring Lawyer for its Glasgow or Edinburgh office. This role involves supporting the Scottish Restructuring Team and collaborating with national teams on diverse cases across finance, real estate, retail, and education.The role’s primary purpose is to deliver high-quality legal advice to a broad range of lenders and borrowers on various financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, and debt capital markets. Key clients include all major UK clearing banks, several European and investment banks, as well as borrowers ranging from large corporations to small businesses.The ideal candidate will be at the NQ – 5 PQE level, qualified in either Scots law or England & Wales, and ideally have previous experience in a commercial firm.
