About the role
Cancer Council NSW is again opening our seasonal retail kiosks to keep our community sun safe over the warmer months. We are excited to return to Macquarie Centre this year and are looking for passionate retail consultants to support our kiosks.
In this position, you will be a brand ambassador for Cancer Council NSW and become the subject matter expert on all things sun protection!
Our retail team are like no other, we are passionate about the cause and committed to driving sales and delivering the highest level of customer service.
Key responsibilities of the role
- Ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience
- Support the day to day running of the kiosk
- Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge
- Achieving budgeted sales (our profit goes back into cancer research and cancer program support!)
About you
- Exceptional customer service approach with great communication skills
- Previous retail experience highly regarded but not essential, including working to a budget and KPI’s
- Availability for minimum 2-5 shifts a week (average casual shift ranging 3 -8 hours) during September 2024 to March 2025.
- Flexibility to work including weekends and Thursday late night trading
- Ability to work alone during shifts or lunch cover
- Be passionate, energetic and bring your whole self to be part of a great team
