You will play a crucial role in curating and maintaining an exceptional plant selection, providing expert guidance to customers, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant area.About the roleAs RetailPlant Area Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the plant area. Providing expert advice on plant selection, care and gardening practices. As well as this you will lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service too.The ideal candidateThe ideal candidate will have experience managing the running of a plant area within a garden centre. As well as this they will have sound plant knowledge and experience of leading a team.
