In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll work as a part of our Retail team in Butler to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Retail Store Manager plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether it’s leading by example to drive sales and achieve KPI targets or building and nurturing a co-operative team of volunteers who together form a cohesive and enthusiastic workforce, you’ll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.
You will make a difference by:
- Leading your diverse team of volunteers to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve store targets
- Providing ongoing support and training for your volunteer team
- Developing and supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities within stores
- Managing the volunteer roster and working with the Volunteer Manager to ensure shifts are covered
- Training, mentoring, and inducting your team of volunteers
- Supporting the retail team to achieve goals and deliver maximised profits to Save the Children Australia
